For first appointments please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the Health History form.

At the beginning of each massage we will briefly chat about any aches you're having and or any changes in health.

This way each massage is made specifically for you, whether it be a relaxing Therapeutic, a relieving Deep Tissue, or even bringing out different modalities for that deep fascia and muscular release. Cupping and hot stones are included in each massage.
